Timed stretching routines
Slowbend is an iOS app that gives you timed stretching routines. Pick a body area or a length, and it runs the session one position at a time with a drawing, a written cue, a countdown and a chime. It is in development and has not been released yet. This page exists so the privacy, terms and support pages below are reachable before it ships.
Slowbend is built by Baker Ventures LLC, an independent software studio. It is an iOS app, it is in development, and it has not been released.
What it is
You pick a body area or a length. Slowbend builds the session and runs it: one position at a time, a drawing, a written cue, a countdown ring and a chime when it is time to move on. Forty-two positions across neck, shoulders, chest, lower back, hips, hamstrings, calves and ankles. Twenty-four routines, including three for before you lift. Every position, cue, drawing and sound in the app was written or drawn for it.
Stretching should feel like a mild pull, never pain. That sentence is on screen during every hold, and Ease off carries the same weight as Skip. Slowbend gives general stretching routines and is not medical care.
What it is not
There are no streaks. No flame, no thirty-day challenge, no level and nothing to break. The history is a plain list, and a gap in it is just a gap. The checkpoint numbers you measure yourself are stored and differenced but never scored, graded or compared to a normal range.
Where your data lives
On your phone. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no crash reporting, and the app requests no location, camera, microphone, photo or Apple Health access. Deleting the app deletes everything with it, because nothing was ever anywhere else. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.

Questions and answers
What does Slowbend do?
It gives you timed stretching routines. You pick a body area or a length, and the app runs the session one position at a time with a drawing, a written cue, a countdown and a chime when it is time to move on.
Is Slowbend available yet?
No. It is in development and has not been released. This site is here ahead of release so the privacy policy, terms and support pages are ready when the app is.
Does Slowbend collect any data?
No. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no crash reporting. Your sessions and the checkpoint numbers you measure yourself are stored on your own device and never sent anywhere.
Is Slowbend medical care?
No. Slowbend gives general stretching routines. It does not diagnose, treat or assess anything, does not score you, and makes no claim about what stretching does to a body.
What is a checkpoint?
A number you measure yourself with a tape and type in. The app stores your first number and your latest and shows the arithmetic difference. It never scores the number or tells you what it means.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Every routine, drawing and sound is bundled in the app, so the routines work with no signal at all.
